Are you a creative, motivated person eager to gain hands-on experience in hospitality and marketing? RD Hotels – a growing name in the Budapest hotel industry – is looking for a Part-time Marketing Assistant, preferably a Student, to join our Commercial team.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to understand hotel marketing from the inside out and work closely with professionals on real campaigns, events, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the marketing team in promoting hotel services, including events, group bookings, and special packages

Assist with content creation for social media, banners, and online platforms

Help track and report on marketing campaign performance and its maintenance

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and promotions

Support internal communication and brand consistency across teams

Assist with organizing photo shoots, marketing events, and guest engagement activities

Conduct competitor research and gather market insights

Keep digital content and marketing materials up to date

Who We’re Looking For:

A university student (preferably studying marketing, communications, or hospitality)

Eager to learn, with strong attention to detail

Must be based in Budapest

Basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta platforms, Google Ads – an advantage)

Great communication and writing skills in English

Basic Hungarian is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and reliable, with good time management
